Yamakawa Rattan Factory is located in Cirebon City in South Java State, 250Km from Jakarta, capital of Indonesia.
Cirebon is closed to a harbor where rattan materials got together since old days. Rattan industry began from making tools for living from what was not exported. Cirebon is now on the top of rattan production in the world with over 250 rattan production companies and about 3000 home manufacturers.

Wide variety of products is continuously developed by combining rattan with other materials and adapting the weaving technique to them.
